Defaulters List of allottees of “Kashmir Avenue (G-13) Apartment Project” who did not deposit down payment despite extension in due date twice.
Following is the list of defaulters of the Kashmir Aevnue (G-13) apartment project who were issued Provisional Offer Letters with the request to deposit the down payment within one month of the issuance of the letter. However, on expiry of due date, by taking a lenient view, the due date was extended also and there were served notices by Finance Wing of the FGEHA but they have not deposited the down payment . As per terms and conditions of the scheme, their Provisional Offer of allotment are being withdrawn. If any one of the allottees mentioned in list have deposited the down payment, he may contact to Director (Estate) , FGEHA with the payment receipt within 7 days i.e from 11-09-2020 to 17-09-2020.
