Description:- The Project is being executed under a JV Partnership and will deliver 3945 No’s of Apartments planned on 225 kanals of land located near Top City-1, Islamabad. The access to the Apartments project will be through Main Boulevard of Top City-1. The land has been transferred in the name of FGEHA and project execution has commenced. A total of three categories of apartments: Rose (BPS 18-22), Tulip (BPS 10-17), and Daffodil (BPS 1-9). The scheme will have all the basic amenities such as mosques, basic health care, school, commercial area, etc. The detail of the Apartments category wise are as below:

Current Status The scheme has been formally launched by the Honorable Prime Minister on 11-03-2019. The construction agreement is being signed and the work on site has commenced. Infrastructure development works and foundation works for Rose, Blocks are underway.
