Description:- Land measuring 508 Kanal has been transferred by Capital Development Authority, Islamabad to the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, Islamabad in 2019 for the Construction of Apartments for Federal Government Employees in accordance with the vision of Naya Pakistan set forth by the Federal Government of Pakistan. A total of 4 Categories of Apartments have been planned for the Employees. The details are as follows as per the revised layout plan:

Current Status: The scheme has been formally launched by the Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan on 11th March 2020. The process of Planning and Design works has been completed by the Consultant. The revised layout plan has been approved on 21-04-2022. The work for the Infra-Structure has been started on the site. The tendering process for the hiring of a Contractor for the Apartment works in progress and shall be completed by the end of July 2020. The project shall be completed within a period of 30 months and possession shall be handed over accordingly.
