PUBLIC NOTICE
All those members of Lifestyle Residency Project, Sector G-13 Islamabad, who have not been able to make payment of quarterly installments in time, are informed that EHFPRO Board of Directors has recently approved an amnesty in surcharge, provided the outstanding installments are paid before 31st March, 2022. It may be noted that as per Policy, a surcharge @ 2% per month (calculated @ 0.066% daily) is levied, in case of delayed payment of principle amount. Surcharge has already been imposed on defaulting members due to late or non-payment of installments as per Payment Schedule.
Members are requested to avail this last and final opportunity of making payment without any penalty. If outstanding dues are not cleared before 31st March, 2022, not only surcharge will be levied but also, in case of prolonged delay, the allotment cancelled, with no rights of re-allotment of apartment.
