INTRODUCTION:-
The housing Scheme PHASE IX (Thalian Housing Scheme) of the Housing Authority was launched in 2017 through joint Venture policy for land banking in collaboration with private sector and was approved by Federal Cabinet . So far only Consent Letters have been issued to about 5462 registered members of Phase-II Membership Drive year 2015-2016. There were five Categories in PHASE IX (Thalian Housing Scheme).
Current Status / Progress / Development / Update
“The agreement for access to & from M-2 to the proposed location for housing scheme has been revived with MORE/FWO. The project remained halted due to various issue inter alia land and access.
The JV partner has committed to make available the land for housing scheme and currently, FGEHA is in final phase of completion of codal formalities required for the start of instant project. The progress is regularly being monitored at the highest level in the Management. Weekly meeting are also held in this regards”
