Approval of PC-1 of the Water Conduction for G-13 & G-14

FGEHA has approved PC-1 of the Water Conduction Main missing line from Shah Allah Ditta reservoir to FGEHA Sectors G-13 & G-14 in the DWP meeting held on 24th November 2022 under the chairmanship of worthy Director General FGEHA. The project will be completed in one year on a top-priority basis. Currently, Sectors G13 & G14 are facing a 2.5 MGD shortage of water and in the summer season residents of said sectors badly suffered. After approval CDA will provide 1MGD water and the Long-standing water issue of FGEHA Sectors will be resolved.

Online Procedure for Changes in FGEHA Members’ Profile

All the respected members are requested to follow the following steps for Online Request/Complaints in changes of BPS/Grade, Designation, Address, Office, Category):-

1) Register yourself at EFMS (https://efms.fgeha.org.pk/register.php)
2) Click on the Complaint Tab/Button
3) Register your Complaint
4) System will generate automatic Complaint No, against your Complaint
5) FGEHA ESTATE wing Official/Officer will resolve the complaint on an immediate basis according to the defined criteria
6) After the resolution of the complaint, the system will generate automatic intimation Email/SMS to the complainant.

Successful Results of Ground Water Recharge

Ground Water recharge research was implemented in collaboration with FGEHA with PCRWR, which gave successful results to raise the underground water tables.
Groundwater recharge at sector G-13 Green Belt site between G-13 & F-13 Eastern corner near Tube Well. The site is successfully recharging Groundwater with very clean filtered water through Sand Media.

Current Status of PHASE-VI (Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme & Namely ‘SKY GARDEN’)

The Joint Venture (JV) Agreement between Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) and M/s Commoners Sky Garden (CSG) was signed on October 11, 2019 for provision of land measuring upto 11,000 Kanals in two phases. Accordingly, in first phase land measuring 6021 Kanals and 6 Marlas was mutated in the name of FGEHA: 1933 Kanals 13 Marlas was in Mouza Kathar and 4086 Kanals 11 Marlas was in Mouza Mangal.

The Executive Board, FGEHA decided that the project would be restricted to land in Mouza Kathar only. Accordingly, the addendum to JV Agreement was signed, between FGEHA and M/s CSG with scope of the project reduced to land in Mouza Kathar only.LOP was revised, vetted and conditionally approved. Construction agreement on the clear land in Mouza Kathar measuring 2403 K is under process for approval by EB FGEHA and development work will commence accordingly.

PUBLIC NOTICE (COMPLETION CERTIFICATE OF THE BUILDING)

COMPLETION CERTIFICATE OF THE BUILDING

As per clause 3.12.11 (b) of ICT residential sectors zoning (building control) regulations-2020; “no person shall occupy or permit to be occupied, any such building or use or permit, to be used any part affected by the erection/ re-erection, if any, of such building, until the completion certificate/ permission to occupy is obtained.”

Moreover, clause 2.8.1of the regulations ibid states that “a fine of rs. 5000/- per month for residential & rs. 10000/- per month (for all other building types) for the first year and would be doubled thereafter will be imposed on those who occupy a building without obtaining completion certificate from authority

Therefore, it is issued for public notice/ information that the building shall not be occupied/ rented out without obtaining a completion certificate from fgeha. If a completion certificate for the building is not issued yet, contact with building control section, fgeha for further necessary action at the earliest.

  3. INDEMNITY BOND FROM OWNER ON STAMP PAPER WITH TWO WITNESSES AND ATTESTED CNIC. FOR COMPLETION
  4. 06 NOS ORIGINAL COPIES OF COMPLETION DRAWINGS (signed and stamped by Architect and Structure Engineer) FOR COMPLETION.
  5. ATTESTED COPY OF APPROVAL LETTER AND APPROVED DRAWING
  6. NO DEMAND CERTIFICATE/ CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FROM FGEHA,
  7. PLINTH LEVEL CERTIFICATE AT TIME OF COMPLETION (FORM-D).

PUBLIC NOTICE (Closure of agreement signed between FGEHA and M/s Ishaq & Sons for project “FGEHA Heights, Multan Road, Lahore.)

                       It is for the information of prospective allottees of FGEHA Heights, Multan Road, Lahore apartment project, the F.G.E Housing Authority singed a JV agreement with M/s Ishaq & Sons for provision of land in Mouza Mango-O-Tare, Tehsil Raiwand Distt. Lahore for construction of apartments. The project was advertised for response from Federal Government employees, Provincial government employees and General Public. The registered members were issued Provisional Offer letter (POLs) for depositing down payment. The response of the project was not encouraging nor were sufficient funds collected to start the project. Hence, the matter was placed before the 12th meeting of Executive Board of the FGEHA dated 15-04-2021. The Executive Board after detailed discussion and considering all facts related to the project (FGEHA Heights, Mulatan Road, Lahore) unanimously approved closing of the project and directed to shift its members to any of the ongoing apartment project of the FGEHA.

2.                    The FGEHA has another project at Lahore naming “Lifestyle Residency, Bedian Road, Lahore”. In accordance to the decision of the Executive Board, the FGEHA intends to shift the cases of members of FGEHA Heights, Multan Road, Lahore apartment project to Lifestyle Residency, Bedian Road, Lahore subject to their consent. Therefore, through this public notice, all the members of the subject project are requested to convey their willingness in writing within 15 days of this public notice. Upon acceptance of the offer, they will have to return earlier original Provisional Offer Letter and accordingly an afresh POL will be issued to them.
