Rehabilitation Work of G-14

On the direction of the Director General, under the leadership of Director Enforcement & Vigilance Yasir Qayyum Khan FGEHA’s enforcement wing executed a well-organized anti-encroachment operation in Sectors G14/2 and G14/3. The clearance of 8 to 10 plots valued at 500 million rupees underscores the seriousness with which encroachment is addressed.
With the participation of the entire enforcement team and Project Director, it’s evident that FGEHA is dedicated to upholding its domain and ensuring the provision of top-notch facilities for residents.
The smooth execution of the operation and the positive reception from the Sector G14 community highlight the effectiveness and support for such initiatives.

Ground Water recharge research was implemented in collaboration with FGEHA with PCRWR, which gave successful results to raise the underground water tables.
Groundwater recharge at sector G-13 Green Belt site between G-13 & F-13 Eastern corner near Tube Well. The site is successfully recharging Groundwater with very clean filtered water through Sand Media.

Skyline Apartments

Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, Federal Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Works visited Skyline Apartments, a Project of FGEHA along with Tariq Rasheed, Director General, Nadir Qayyum, Chief Engineer FGEHA, Zahid Farooq, Project Director, and his Project Team.
Secretary Housing review the status & Progress of the Project. It is agreed that construction activities will start soon with full swing and complete the commenced Packages.

It is for information of prospective allottees of Kashmir Avenue Apartments (FGEHA) Mauve Area, G-13, Islamabad who have cleared their dues as per schedule (installments) not less than 23% of total cost of their apartment may get allottment letter of their apartment allocated through balloting subject to verification of service particulars from their respective departments and can further transfer it if they so desire, please.
